THE MOST HOLY BODY AND BLOOD OF CHRIST

Take this, all of you, and eat of it and drink from it. For this is my Body and my Blood.
“For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. Anyone who eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in Him.” (John 6:55-56).
